Regarding Guest Rooms

What is the maximum capacity of a room?: Maximum 4 persons (Designer's Triple Room)

Do you have any smoking guest room available?: Smoking is not allowed in the building and guest rooms. Please smoke only at the designated area.

Is single-use-stay acceptable?: Usually we accept reservations with more than 2 persons. Possibly acceptable depending on the date. Please feel free to ask.

Refrigerator in the guest room?: Yes. Drinks in the refrigerator are chargeable.
Please pay off when checking out if necessary.

Dinner time and Breakfast time?: Alternative time zones
Dinner 17:30～2hours ・ 19：30～2hours
Breakfast 8:00～1hour ・ 9:00～1hour
*possibly change depending on situation.

Is response to food allergies available?: We will make upmost response to the requests from guests.
Please feel free to inform us of any medical or religious dietary restrictions.

Natural Hot Spring?: Not natural hot spring.
"RAKU-YU" or "Indoor Cypress-bathtub" are available depending on room-type.

Is credit card acceptable?: Yes. Various kinds of credit cards are acceptable.

Making a reservation for a different person but I am paying. How do I pay?: You can choose online credit card payment from our official homepage. Advanced remittance is also available.

What time is checking-in / checking-out?: Check-In:15:00 Check-Out:11:00 Take your time in the morning.

Can you to keep our baggage when we arrive before check-in time?: Sure, we will keep them at the front desk. We recommend taking a walk in the Onomichi town until check-in time. Map is available at front desk.

It is possible to make an earlier check-in or late check-out?: Yes, depending on the date.

I would like to stay with my child. Do you have a rate for children?: Limited to ""Premium Room"" or ""Designer's Triple"" but yes, child rate is at 70% of adult rate.
Regarding meals, we kindly ask for your understanding that we do not have any special menu for kids. Our Kaiseki course (with two dishes less) will be served for dinner and breakfast will be same with adults.
*Babies and infants (0~5years old) are not acceptable to stay because of facility characteristic.
